The controller of personal data collected through this site is the company identified below. Any question about the processing of your data can be sent to the email address given there.

This is a presentation site. There is no user account and nothing is sold through it.

We receive personal data when you contact us yourself — by calling the number listed, by writing to the email address listed, or by sending an enquiry through the form on the Contact page. The form asks for your name, your email address and a message; a phone number is optional. If you reached the form from a particular apartment's page, the enquiry also carries that apartment's reference.

We use those details solely to answer your enquiry. We do not use them to send offers you did not ask for, and we do not add you to any list.

The site sets exactly one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers whether you chose Serbian or English, so that your next visit opens in the same language.

That cookie is necessary for the site to work and is not used for tracking. We set no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.

We use no analytics tools, no tag managers, and we embed no content from other sites. Opening any page of this site sends a request to no server other than our own.

Fonts and all images are served from our own server, not from a third party.

The server hosting this site keeps technical access logs, which typically contain an IP address, the time of access and the page requested. These logs serve security and fault diagnosis only.

Logs are kept for at most 30 days and are then deleted.

We keep correspondence with you for as long as your interest in an apartment is active, and for at most two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing.

An enquiry sent through the form is delivered to our email address via the sending provider Resend (Resend, Inc., a company registered in the United States), which processes the content of your message as a processor on our behalf. That processing takes place on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Data from the form therefore leaves Serbia, but stays within the European Union. If you would rather it did not, call us or write to the address listed directly, and the enquiry does not pass through the form.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, as well as restriction of and objection to processing. Send your request to the email address given at the end of this document.

We respond within the deadlines set by the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

We may amend this policy if the way the site works changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
